Content Removal Policy

We produce all content ourselves and we do inspect all documentation including model release forms and ID scans. We ensure the IDs and model releases match up to the models appearing in the videos, and we further review the content to ensure there is nothing prohibited. In addition to ensuring the people appearing in the content are verified and of age, we also review for the following types of material that are prohibited:

• Content that simulates anything under the age of 18, which includes depicting or describing anyone as under the age (even if in reality, they are).
• Any use of the word "teen" has to be clearly and conspicuously state they are 18 or 19 years old.
• Any sort of simulated forced or non-consensual activity, which includes anyone appearing to be or simulated to be drunk, sleeping, hypnotized, or not of clear mind to consent.
• We further review the description and text around any content appearing on our site that could elicit or describe the content as being any sort of simulated or actual forced or non-consensual activity.
• Anything that depicts or describes content with human feces.
• Any content with actual or depiction of extreme violence, sexual violence mutilation, or pain.
• Any content that displays counterfeit or copyright-infringing merchandise.
• Any content whereby objects are used as sex objects, and their intended use is NOT a sex object.
• Any sort of harassment, hate crimes, acts of degradation, etc.

We only work with producers who work with established model talent agencies in the industry. If you have a complaint about Fratx.com, (including any complaint about content appearing on Fratx.com, or the conduct of a user), please submit your request by visiting the "contact us" link. You are required to complete all mandatory fields, provide a description of your request and, if your complaint relates to content, the URL for the content to which your complaint relates.
